Our team of maids will follow a set list of items required by Real Estate Agents, in order to release your bond. Only the items on the below list are covered. The cost is calculated at a flat rate, depending on the size of your house and is a more detailed and thorough clean, guaranteeing your bond back.

This service is suitable medium sized houses with 3 bedrooms. See the item list below for inclusions with this clean.
5 Bedroom Clean - $425
This service is suitable for large sized houses with up to 3 living areas. See the item list below for inclusions with this clean.
2 Bedroom Clean - $325
This service is suitable for small units or apartments. See the item list below for inclusions with this clean.
4 Bedroom Clean - $400
This service is suitable for larger sized houses with up to 3 living areas. See the item list below for inclusions with this clean.
6 Bedroom Plus - $450
